Super happy with the service department. John the service advisor was a awesome guy to deal with. I had my 300 srt8 in there for aftermarket gears. Exhaust and tires. Had issues with fitting the gears but was cool about it the entire time. I had to find additional parts. It was a huge head ache for them. But the tech doing it and John were super cool about it the entire time. 5 stars for sure! Thanks again guys. Greg-

We have purchased three Jeeps from Lithia for the last 14 years since we've lived in Reno and have had no trouble at all. Our salesman has been Dan Dunham who is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. The service department has taken excellent care of our cars including our 2000 Neon. Charlie, who has been our service agent, has been very knowledgeable of all our cars and always acted in very professional manner. The people at Lithia Jeep are almost like part of our family.
