My experience at Lithia in Reno was excellent. Aaron Greenwood was great to work with. He was very professional and not pushy at all. He has helped me after the sale. He even gave me his private cell number and told me to call him anytime with questions or problems. Ken (I think) in finance was also great. Thank you for my new jeep wrangler! It's going to be my grandson's in a couple years and he loves it!

Lithia Jeep service says you pay nothing over what you are quoted. It is even printed on their paperwork. I can tell you this is false! I was quoted 325.00 and ended up paying 348.00. Also they will dirty up your car with greasy fingerprints and let dust and dirt build up on your car and care less!! I could not see out my windshield when I left yesterday!! Sad warranty is covered by one dealership in Reno!
