Got preapproved through west lake and capital one and this dealership asks for more that is needed. They never contacted west lake they went through their own financing which I knew I wouldn’t get approved because Im barely establishing my credit. So know I have 3 hard inquiries on my credit report. So frustrating I for sure won’t recommend them. Hazi is a joke also it took him 7 days to give me a response.

Bought a 2019 Ram Truck on January 24th from a local dealer with $22K miles (still under Manufacturers Warranty. No accident reported on car fax. March 14th: The Cab started to leak (SEVERELY) with Rain and Snow. YES - It was RAINING in the Cab. Take the car to Chrysler and I'm told it's NOT covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty, or the 5 year Warranty i BOUGHT! NO COVERAGE FOR A DEFECTIVE SEAL!!!! Chrysler claims there had to be an accident. THIS IS WRONG. Share the shame.
