This place is absolutly terrible! I recently purchased a used vehicle that has been nothing but problems that the mechanics have been incapable of fixing or even identifying. The mechanics and service department clearly did not do an adequate inspection of the vehicle prior to the sale like they are obligated to. Took my 2018 Jeep Cherokee in yesterday 10-5-2018 to get service and recall fixed and to check for a coolant leak. Service writer was really nice and helpful and they had me good to go in a hour. Highly recommend Lithia Jeep in Reno
I needed to get a safety recall taken care of on my Jeep Compass. I had called another Jeep dealership, and was told it couldn’t be scheduled until January! Then, I called Lithia, and spoke to Nick, in the service department. He told me it wouldn’t be a problem, and to bring it in the next day! I was there early, just after 7am. Just want to say thank you to the team at Jeep of Reno. PJ our product specialist was very nice and really made us feel important. PJ is a great product specialist and would highly recommend him to anyone! He always got back to us right away and sent a text when he couldn’t take our call, real customer service that you just don’t find. Tony really worked with us and made our New Grand Cherokee fit our families budget and we are very thankful for them! Thank you gentlemen!
I had a deal pending my financing and it come through only to be told the vehicle was sold. I had to call Robert Black, he did not call me...Would not recommend purchasing any vehicle at this Lithia dealership where they will do anything to sell a vehicle. Forget that I was a repeat customer. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here.
Showed up for my appointment and got to my Jeep almost immediately. Great service
Honestly if I could give it Zero Stars I would. Customer service has ended up to be horrible. I'm stuck with a car I got from them that I'm not happy with at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone going forward.
