We take our 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 for oil changes and in the future we will only take our Ram to Lithia Reno for repairs and service and not to the Dodge dealer in Carson City. Bob in service is an excellent person to deal with and I always feel they appreciate us at their facility.
Well 1st not ripping people off every day that would be great. My girl is paying you guys 12,000 $ for. 4,000 car........ I can’t believe you guys rip people off this badly. She still owes 3700 and the pos isn’t even worth that. O ya you guys didn’t even do a regular maintenance like oil change or spark plugs it still had the original spark plugs from 2003 what a joke you guys are I hope you guys burn down to the ground f Jeep of Reno

My wife took our Jeep to the dealership last friday because the 4 wheel drive was stuck on. They wouldnt even look at the problem until today, even though I paid for the extended waranty. After looking at it today they say its not covered unter the waranty beacause it's wear and tear. I guess bumper to bumper means something different when your crooked.
Yes , I took my 2017 Jeep in for it's first service I was in and out in an hour, with great service!
