A Lithia sales person e-mailed me. I was never able to talk to this person. So I went to the Mill street address listed by Car Gurus. The car was not there. In the window of the old dealership it said we have moved to Virginia street. The car was not at this address either. They had actually moved the dealership to Plumb street.A sales person finally contacted me Monday morning to inform me the car had been sold Sunday night.
By far the best dealership our sale consultant Ryan quismorio was amazing and their sales manager Tony Moore we couldnt be more thankful for he went to bat for us when dealing with our financial institution.. they gave us amazing service and support towards our family thank you guys !!!
I have serviced my 2014 Cherokee at Lithia several times. I have always received great service. In and out on time work always done right. Their new location is great.
