Fantastic car buying experience! Zero surprises, lots of respect shown! Andrew, Matt, and Tony were very professional and easy to get along with! Our Jeep was shown to us in the showroom instead of looking at it out in the cold. It was THE Jeep we wanted! The dealership is awesome. Very clean inside and out. 1st car I bought from here was GREAT! So when it came time for another I had no hesitation. I WAS WRONG! I traded in a perfect running truck (lifted to high for me) and bought a Jeep Cherokee. You can tell a vehicle inspection was not done.. Im $5000 deep in parts and towing in the last 6 months, not including the car payments or if I had to pay labor cost. I'm looking into Nevada's Lemon law. Only buy new!!!
The first time I came in for a service I was greeted with rude and poor service and was almost in tears as I am a teenager and haven’t had the experience doing this whole car maintenance thing. But thanks to John who is the MAN!! He completely turned my experience into an amazing one and I came back today and he remembered me mask and all. I have yet to see the guy who was extremely rude to me. If you go in be sure to talk to John in the service department!

This place is a joke. We literally dropped off our car for an oil change at 9am it is now almost 3pm and it’s still not available. When speaking to the manager about our car and when it will be available he laughed at us and was like it could take longer because you didn’t make an appointment. When attempting to make the appointment this same dealership stated “bring it in, we have express lanes for oil changes and we don’t make appointments for those “ When bringing that up to the manager the manager again makes up an excus... read more

We bought a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee. it spent the first 2 weeks after we signed papers in the shop having cosmetic repairs (that didnt get done), hail damage, new windshield, new tires, and new brakes. They delivered it to us on a Monday. I drove it to work and found it was vibrating horribly. I called from work and they told me to take it to a local Les Schwab.
