they have literally sold me a lemon, car's transmission failed after 2000 miles and can't be fixed. they refuse to deal with me about the situation, and have passed the buck to Chrystler who says Lithia is who is responsible. I'm out $35,000 and no one will deal with me about it. brand new car, 2200 miles and the Transmission is hosed, didn't even make it to it's first oil change!
Poor experience! The car salesman was suppose to check and see how much they would take off the price of the new Mini Cooper they just got in on trade and then he never called me back.
