The service department at this place sucks they are telling me that I need a 30000 mile service that costs over $1,000 and my mechanic tells me I just needed air filter I take it in for one of the oil changes that I bought when I bought the Jeep of course and they're scheduling is always off they are always rude and they're always trying to get you to do something else well they tell me that I have an oil leak so I have to bring it back I take it back today after five hours they finally call me and tell me that is going to b... read more
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW - it deals with more than 1 dealership and with Chrysler as a whole I'm going to preface this by saying that the guys here are all fabulous. They have been the only ones willing to help throughout this entire ordeal that I have gone through. I am very thankful for their help, but I am not happy with Chrysler/Jeep in general. I had no problem having my service done in a friendly and timely manner
I let to write a review about the service department, my service writer was Charlie he understood my situation and went out of the way to provide me with Great Service, he understood I couldn't be without a vehicle and was able to get me a loaner for the week my vehicle was going to be in the shop, I work for a competitor and they couldn't even provided me with the world class service I was provided at Lithia Jeep! I highly recommend this service department!
My family and I are on a road trip from Idaho to Los Angeles for a wedding. We are having engine trouble and stopped in to have our van looked at. It's an emergency, and we don't want to take the risk of driving down the road and being stranded. We were told that it could be a day or two before they could even look at it. We need it looked at now. Not in two days. We were absolutely disgusted. They didn't care what our situation was, they wouldn't even start working on our van. We're furious.
Nothing but kind word for Sales (Dan Dunham) Finance (Shawn - sorry don't know spelling of his name) Sales Manager, Parts Department (Donna) and all the other folks who tried to help me - not knowing that I was already being helped. Everyone there is kind and professional, friendly too. Love Jeep, Love Lithia, Love Lithia's people!
Loved working with Dan Dunham. Now I know why he is called "Dan the Man" around town. I called him and asked him to find me a jeep suited for me. And that's just what he did. Later, I had trouble online registering the car and he & I handled it all over the phone. He is the best and I would recommend him to everyone.:)
