Absolutely a joy to work with. Very patient and helpful. Our salesman even looked up road conditions for us on our drive to Reno. They worked hard to get us the best rate and term for our loan and I even got the heated seats I wanted thank you again Mr. Black and the lithia sales team at jeep!
We were contacted by the dealership wanting to buy our jeep from us! Nice, right? Not so fast... We were promised to not get low balled or wholesaled... But after driving in two vehicles and waiting around... Guess what???? We got low balled with the wholesale price!!!! We are jeep people, and buy them... But not from here! Had to leave my jeep there over night as I'm night blind and make a special trip back to Reno to get it! I get you want to make a profit... But this is NOT how you do it! Btw.. A 30 thousand mile check-up costing between between $650 to $1400 is a bit much considering what the manufacturer recommends vs what Lithia recommends. They are miles apart.
I've been using this dealership for over 30 years... bought three brand new Jeeps over that time. Now my "older" Jeep is being routinely serviced here and I can trust these guys to do the job right!!
Buying a vehicle here was the easiest in my life. Neil was the best knew what we were looking for. Told him our story and instead of what all dealerships do he actually took care of the customer, almost felt like a family member. I'm glad I was able to purchase a vehicle here.

Horrible service. Made appointment for a recall 2 weeks ago. They have the car over 6 hours and let me know it may be several months to get the recall parts!!! Are you kidding me? Forget this place.
Thanks Daniel Dunham for the great service. Easy no pressure purchase. Sadly Daniel has retired and service after the sale is non existent.
