Tony arranged for a detail on my vehicle, and it was a phenomenal job that was done. The next day I had another vehicle done, and it was done with the same level of expertise and professionalism. I would recommend Lithia Chrysler Jeep anytime for the purchase of a vehicle, maintenance of the vehicle, and routine cleaning and detailing. They did a great job!!
My advice to anyone that buys a Jeep "great vehicle" is to never and I do mean NEVER EVER EVER use their service department for anything you can get done yourself! Even if you do get a proper job done, it takes days sometimes weeks for a simple 10 minute fix! Apologies galore, but I want my vehicle. Just sayin'.
I find that Lithia dose really great work. the Radiator was replace along with both hoses, and a thermostat, and having over 130k, it seems most people fail to address their vehicle needs, which leads to other underlying issues which can not be foreseen.
