Great service and friendly staff
Purchased 2019 Lincoln MKC from Liccardi. Deception and lies robbed me of $1,750 in Lincoln Rebates. Read every word of every document they put in front of you to sign before you sign even it takes hours. They are masters at picking your pockets.
Purchased a used F150 from a used car dealer and they only had one key . I stopped into Liccardi Ford to the service department to get a price for a second key. They have me the price and they had my new key coded and cut in 1 hour. I was surprised that they took me in with no appointment and ever more surprised how fast they got it done .

I brought in my 2018 F150 for a recall by ford. I wasn’t 100 % satisfied because the front desk of service didn’t really care if I was satisfied with the service couldn’t even where my truck was or offered to explain what they did and when I asked was the car washed they said we only wash the Lincoln cars not good maybe I’ll try another Ford dealership ☹️
I bought Honda Pilot 2011 they advertise with lot of option and I can’t able to check all before buying later I found out some of the option are not working and I contacted them and they was like you buy as it although I was not claiming warranty or something like that just asking about features option. I have really bad experience with these guys.
