Your service experience is awful,you had a vehicle that I use to make a living for six days, completely unacceptable
I brought my car in last week for 2 recalls. Liccardi Ford was wonderful to deal with! Had the part I needed in a timely manner and fixed as soon as they received the part. I have to give a BIG Shout out to Richelle. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Will definitely recommend Liccardi to anyone looking to buy a car.
Work hard to make the best deals possible
I have been leasing vehicles from Liccardi Ford since 1992. I have never experienced any problems. I have also liked, and have always been extremely satisfied, with the service department. The salesman, Sulo, who assisted me with my last two vehicles, was extremely accomodating and helpful.
The service and friendly atmosphere at Liccardi Ford Lincoln is second to none. It is pleasurable to wait for small repairs and service as well as quick. And larger jobs, when required, they offer you a ride home or call you upon completing their work and make every effort To complete the maintenance and repairs as fast as possible for customers. I highly recommend Liccardi Ford Lincoln on Rt 22, Watchung NJ.
