RecommendedI had someone who wasn’t really helpful as much, my father and I but mainly me, got the best results ever by the Supervivisor and including the salesman Tony T.. Both were awesome and fantastic and expected what my dad and I got thank you oh so much for the help including the finance person.

Brought my very clean 2015 Taurus sho in for a fuel issue that was under warranty and found a very scratched up door handle when I picked up my vehicle after service hrs!
The sales person listen to what my needs were and performed! I would recommend Anthony Rodriquez to anyone shopping for a car at Liccardi. I hope the service department holds up it's end
Horrible service first oil change I got on my truck I tagged the wheels to see if they got rotated and they weren’t. So the manager gives me a free full detail for my inconvenience. Last week I go back for another oil change and the full detail. The detail wasn’t done. The truck was there for 3 days. It’s a shame I have to tag my tires and even check the dip stick to see if oil was clean. Thank God I’m capable and able to tag my wheels and check the oil. I wonder how many other people they ripped off by not doing the service... read more

they need to have a better customer service i bought a new truck and after 6 months the truck started to make a weird sound i took it back to the dealer and they said that the truck was fine ......so if it was fine why the f.... it was making that sound
I highly recommend this dealer. Moved up this way so I had to switch service dealers. The nicest I have met by far. Friendly from the moment I pulled up. Efficient, fast and thoroughly serviced and cleaned my car. They checked everything and gave me a full report to take home. From the front desk receptionist to Robert Ventura, the service director. I will definitely back and had a great first experience. ❤️
