We took our Fusion to Liccardi's for a recall. The job was done properly.
Very good service department, but make sure you negotiate all your service costsbeforehand when you lease or purchase
This is our second Edge from liccardi. We also purchased a Transit Connect back in 2011. Allan was our sales rep and we won't buy a vehicle from anyone else. Service has been great, no problems. The reason 4 stars , wish there were half stars, is because , being a business woman myself, everyone can make an improvement somewhere in their business . 👍
So I take my car in for a 10k mi service....they call my name to review service performed and the technician says...there is carbon built up on the hoses....and offers a service ($)..to have it cleaned. I said ..is this normal for a new car?? He says.."oh..it is a 2017"...with that I went back to the waiting room. I then went back to technician and said is this something I should be concerned with?...he says..."Oh...it was just dirt and I had them clean it off the hoses. I have been a Lincoln customer for about 30 years and Lucardi meets the Lincoln standards that I have become accustomed to received. I would rate the buying and service of Luccardi as a five or excellent overall
