The worst car buying experience ever. Not only there over price , they have the audacity to charge a internet fee to each vehicle $985 something like that. The sale mans James never email me the info why they charge this Outragous price. So I took my business else were.

I went to get my 2017 Explorer left rear door adjusted , right rear quarter panel repaired(go through the car wash it pops out) , and a piece of the center console is not right . I tell Ruben this and since I hear change the oil and rotate the tires. After like hour or so Ruben let me know my vehicle was done. Then proceeded to tell me they would have to set up an appointment at a body shop for me and would call me with time an place by the end of the day , still waiting ! I drove past your dealership today and remembered how poorly you treated me 8 years ago when I was in desperate need of new car. Your salesman insulted me and made me feel like garbage. Just to let you know, I am on my third lease with Planet Honda. They understood my situation and took care of me in a most appropriate and professional manner. I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from Liccardi. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Tony Toronto who immediately began to answer the multitude of questions that I had regarding the purchase of a Edge.
