They do a great job and more, secretary is very nice and professional and the lounge is comfortable and has Wi Fi. Good Old Uncle Henry my Dad use to say
The General Manager, Doug is the nicest guy in the world, and the reason I came to Liccardi for my vehicle! My salesman, Gino made me feel welcome and at ease. 5 star service all around!
I am posting my review again I bought 2012 explorer on 11/21/16 fee days I went back bcz I noticed car need tires and wheel alignment service refused to change bad tires however car is certified after I posted my first not satisfactory review service manager mike called me from his cell 973-843-5553 to come back and replace for free two front tire and asked me to remove bad review after I did I went back to dealer and they refused to change I am really disappointed
Getting ready for our 4th new lease. 5 stars because Doug Hansen is now at Liccardi Ford Lincoln - I go where Doug goes...LOYALTY!
