Con artists! Car not equipped as sold! Not equipped as stickered! Plain and simple, they are Lying con artists. We’ll be contacting state consumer affairs and attorney generals office on Monday. Avoid at all costs. Conveniently salesman and manager are in meetings when you try and contact them.
Hire some people and look at other dealers to see what they offer in the service dept. and don't over charge

Turned in a leased 2016 Lincoln MKX last Friday, and drove away in a purchased 2018 Lincoln MKX. Our sales representative, Tony, handled the entire transaction very well. Well dressed, polite, and very knowledgeable of his product. Gave us a very detailed introduction to our new car, and answered every question we posed. Servive department has steadily declined over the last few years, they got rid of the great service managers and receptionists and replaced them with RUDE , impersonal robots. They don’t answer phone, when they do they put you on hold, and there are NEVER any appointments open less then a week or two out, AND they didn’t check to top of fluids!!! The new manager is engaging, staff not so much.....
I think a bunch of crooks they charged me a 139 to diagnose my car the other dealer which is the same Ford dealer charge me 109 they wanted to charge me almost $1,000 for the repair while the other Ford dealer was charging me $339 that makes you wonder what kind of deals they make it with the cost when they selling it to you I wouldn't buy a car from here or have my car repair I took my car back and I'm taking it back to the other Ford dealer weather honest

There should be a ZERO stars option. They are a group of unprofessional men with no accountability for any actions. The owner is bad and the employees follow the lead. The salesman we dealt with and manager, Rich, doesn't even answer my calls. He even hung up on me a couple of times. Lesson learned though. We will never get a car from them again. Once you sign those papers, they will never help you or assist you with a problem. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Made a service appointment for safety recalls on my Ford Fusion and waited over an hour to be checked in. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they helped people who came in after me as I waited. When I talked to the manager, he promised to make it up to me. This was over a month ago. When I emailed him to let him know I was dissatisfied with their poor customer service, he never responded. So I forwarded my message to the general manager. He also never responded.
