Livid! Sold my car to them on 10/1 via a Kelly blue book instant cash offer. They told me I had to leave the car and title and my check would be ready in 5-7 business days for pick up. Well it’s now 10/14 and still no check. I’ve emailed and called and no response. I finally was able to speak with Michael who is apparently in charge of the KBB sales and he told me he would look into it and call me back in 15minutes. Service department is the worst. They have my car since August 31 and the supervisor called me and said three to four more weeks. Because they only have two transmission tech and his proud of it. And told me I can’t do anything about it because all Ford dealers service department has the same issue. So, he said I don’t have any choice about it and I have to wait that long. I purchased a car 3/24/20 at the start of Covid-19. The car was $16K as per the on line price.The car was delivered by the salesman who was pleasant. I was charged double but I needed a car. The exterior was good but the interior of the car has burn marks. The saleman said he would correct the issues upon reopening. It also leaked oil, which I had to take to get fixed. I called them five times about a truck they said they would look for one and get back to me and that was a month and a half ago I would never go down to buy a truck

We were in touch on a Thursday for a specific vehicle for sale. Friday the sales person, Lisa, confirmed our appointment. We texted her and she replied ok that she would see us on Saturday at 11 am. We drove 70 miles to the dealership. Arrived and were told that someone put a deposit on that vehicle yesterday. I was absolutely angry. I tried to talk to the "manager". Their customer service after the purchase is very unprofessional. They do no return phone calls or respond to correspondence. I will never purchase another vehicle from them. I have owned Lincoln's over 20 years and have never been treated like this from previous Lincoln Dealerships.

-called tried to get an appointment asked how long they would need my car they said a day and if longer a loaner could be provided... nope not the case ended up renting a car wasn’t a big deal the service agent Carrie was awesome love her but that’s the only positive about this place -rude receptionist in service like worst I have ever seen and def not a bad day cause I was in there twice and nope that’s just her attitude....she complained ignored guests and took personal calls -service manager disgusting licked his finger r... read more
