I recently bought a Ford 150 XLT. The saleswoman was great, however they didn’t fill up my gas tank and windshield fluid, also they left the blue on the white lettered tires.i hope this isn’t a trend of service to come. I don’t see too many positive comments here and when I posted pictures on Facebook of my new truck, friends had bad things to say about the service department. Some were very safety related not good! I hope this changes and the Leadership of this dealership addresses customer complaints.
I will never buy a car from them again. I have had a week of stress because of them. Iv been hung up on and 2 days after purchasing my car I had to take it back to get fixed and now 4 days later still don't have my car and now can't get through to anyone on an update as to what is going on. I'd never suggest this place to anyone it's nothing but a hassle and stressful situation to involve yourself in
We had a great experience with Gino buying our new 2017 Ford F 250. It was our was our second time buying there and we are very pleased.
the worst car experience of my life , salesman acted like he couldn't be bothered and even disappeared for awhile using some lame excuse , Liccardi has a better chance of riding through Bethlehem on the back of a donkey with Jesus than they do of me ever buying a car there
I realize they are in business to sell cars , but my salesman Pat and manager Sulu ( sorry if i misspelled) made EVERY attempt to make me happy . I went in looking at Explorers, realizing that they really are a bit to big for my needs and a little outside of my price range. Pat and Sulu made every attempt possible to make the numbers work...
