Drove 1 1/2 hrs to see a car because of the price online but after we sat down and talked about prices they turned around and tagged on $5000 to the price we saw online talking about we don’t qualify for two of the rebates that the online price reflex. Even though both me and my husband is law enforcement and his a veteran that didn’t mean nothing to them! The service department with the Service Consultant Ms. Carrie Howard always give excellent service to my 2019 Transit Connect.

They worked to make sure I got the best deal. I wanted to shop around and they worked with me to get a deal that I was satisfied with. The salesman, Sam, was professional and very helpful, and I was happy to give him a sale. Win, win.

The service department needs to SAY WHAT THEY MEAN AND MEAN WHAT THEY SAY. KEEP THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN. I brought my car in for one thing and it needed something else and they still have not fixed one of my issues because they say they need for the warning light to be on when it comes in. I AM A LINCOLN FAMILY have been for years but AS SOON AS I AM ABLE I WILL GET RID OF MY LINCOLN MKZ AND MY NAVIGATOR

I have a lot of bad situations with this dealership, I bought my car on July 25th and since then I have not had any peace, the car at Lincoln MKC 2017 has not stopped giving problems since the day I bought it. The car returned to the mechanic several times and I was without a car for days. This last time I spent more than 13 days without a car because the car's engine was changed. Mike D and Earl were very helpful and supportive when it was time to turn my lease in. I had the opportunity to roll into a new lease easily with their support. I cannot recommend this process enough. Great staff and great dealership, this is my 4th lease through Liccardi!
