Don't ever come here for service. I had engine problems. It took them 3 days and 3 technicians to finally realize the sound coming from the engine. Had my car for over a month and when I finally got it back the check engine light was on. I've been here every week since fighting with their incompetent service department!
They are horrible and charged my wife damages to a car, without informing her that the car she returned was even damaged. If wound up going to collection I am getting a lawyer involved !!!!!!
I am writing to let others know that there appears to be some serious management issues at this dealership and they don't seem to want to be responsive to customers as they once were. So be mindful of this when considering Liccardi Ford Lincoln
Last night my husband TRIED to trade in our old minivan and buy a used car...he was very specific about what we wanted, how much in monthly payments we could afford, and came right out and told them if they had something that fit those parameters, he would be happy to sign a deal right then and there....but their salespeople continually ignored my husband and kept up the high pressure sales tactics to coerce him into buying a car HE ALREADY TOLD THEM HE COULD NOT AFFORD. My car broke down on the way to Newark. I inched into Liccardi and they were able to fix it and get me back on the road within an hour. Thank you SO much to the wonderful guys in the service dept! You are THE best!!!!!
