I purchased an NX200T at Santa Monica Lexus last night. I am so happy I found this car on their website. We drove from Redondo Beach out there and it was worth it. I can not say enough about how great the experience was. Our sales person was Paul Pourhashem. Very professional and personable. The finance department was also easy to work with. I never felt any pressure. I would definitely recommend going there if you are in the market for a Lexus! :)

Ray James had taken care of the 15,000 mi check up for my Lexus, and based on his performance and service, I will rate him 10 out of 10. Lists below are the main reasons why I'm fully satisfied. 1. He cared every detail of what I stated. I reported lots of very tiny issues (e.g., "Last time, I heard a ticking sound when I moved a driver seat"). My last visit to Lexus Santa Monica was not under what I would call regular or routine. In spite of this Doug Elliott did an excellent job of explaining the issues and offered accommodations that was very meaningful to me.
