Went in to have the maintenance performed on my 2015 Lexus pre=certified 350RX. Staff was very helpful with the small problems I had (car did not start immediately -- my fault), a message that said it couldn't find my key even though I had it in my hand (they replaced the battery in the FOB at no charge to me), and then solved the problem of why the "fast messages" wouldn't come up on the Navigation Screen when I receive a call...turns out that it's not available if you have an IPhone. This is such a great service center. Everyone is helpful and really, really nice. Shout out to Patrick Levenson, who made my appointment stellar. I was in/out quickly, they let me have the loaner car for an extra day because I was going on a weekend trip, and got my car back and on the road within 5 min of going to pick it up. Can't recommend them enough!
