Oscar Najera of Lexus of Santa Monica provided a great deal of excellent service to me and my Lexus ES 350. He was very understanding of my situation and delivered on every promise made with regards to servicing the vehicle. He made me feel like a VIP and went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable. The car needed the airbags replaced and was in for a fairly expensive scheduled maintenance. My Lexus has been subject to the airbag recall. The repair was completed this week. My service advisor, Ray James, did everything right. He's courteous, accommodating and attentive to the details of monitoring and follow through. Adrian is the most efficient pleasant service person. Love how when she explained what we needed and I chose to pass on a few services she was not pushy or try to convince me otherwise. In turn I had all the services done. All with a smile, great energy! Hope you can keep her. Turnover at this place is bad.
