I asked very specific questions about the car and its condition. What I received in response were worthless "boilerplate form letters" from their Internet sales department, asking me to call them. That's insulting. They did nothing to earn my business. So now their follow-up e-mail notes go directly to my spam folder. Mic drop.

The rep texted and wanted to talk to me, but I wanted photographs first. The rep said she couldn’t till the car was serviced. Next thing the car is sold. No photos, nothing. I’m then contacted about the quality of service of their sales team. I was not happy. Sloppy work, pushy, no follow through.
They are respond quickly.
