Lexus of Santa Monica treated me very well, generally. The sales team were all very pleasant, respectful and low-key. The reception people were all pleasant and warm. What I liked best is that the sales representative, Alex Morales, took his time in showing the car to me, explaining its features and addressing our concerns at length.
