Lexus Santa Monica was a great experience! Internet sales were very responsive to all of my questions and made the car buying process an easy one. I purchased a CPO CT200H and they were upfront about pricing. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.
Lexus of Santa Monica treated me very well, generally. The sales team were all very pleasant, respectful and low-key. The reception people were all pleasant and warm. What I liked best is that the sales representative, Alex Morales, took his time in showing the car to me, explaining its features and addressing our concerns at length.
