Beware!!! This dealer is no good. Don’t do business with them. They advertise lower price for their vehicles but when you get there they will tell you there’s a $3,000 extra for dealer add ons and then you start the same old process of negotiations BS. These guys need to be reported to BBB.
It was excellent. Eddie worked professionally with me and let me take my time with the car. I ended up buying the car: RX450H+ a wonderful car.
The Sales Representative (Hussain Amir) and Management Team at this Hendrick Lexus dealership were courteous and polite throughout our visit. We did purchase a new vehicle and are very happy with our experience!
