Wonderful experience with the Santa Monica Lexus dealership. Car is beautiful, and absolutely as advertised. Sales rep, Kevin, to Landon, the financial officer were professional and non aggressive. Very accommodating ad well. We will definitely return to Santa Monica Lexus dealership when searching for our next vehicle.
Although I did not end up purchasing the car from this dealership, I was impressed by the profesional service and attention I received.
The internet manager, Shannon, was great. She provided exceptional, courteous service. However, we walked away because her boss/manager was a complete jerk with lack of customer compassion or service. He told her to tell me there's no wiggle room for negotiation and I should "run in as soon as possible to get this incredible deal", which was insulting enough. Everything runs perfect, good customer service.
They were responsive at all times. The internet manager was on it and I got a call right away. My husband checked out the car. The people were great. They even stayed open for him after hours and were anxious to sell their car. One problem - their offer for our trade-in was so low it was embarrassing. The deal did not work out for us. We were serious buyers, and just a couple of thousand dollars either way would have closed it. They were unwilling to do so, so we will keep looking.
I bought a car today, thank you CarGurus!!!! The process was incredible, very smooth and easy. Sean Trainor (sales consultant) treated me with no sales pressure, which is what I wanted. I never felt like I was just some random sale. Thank you for that Sean.
Very friendly environment
Car was in poor condition compared to ad, my third party inspection found several issues, one major issue that is estimated to cost $2,000+, dealer does not acknowledge these issues, not as advertised
