I purchased a new IS-350 from Lexus Santa Monica five days ago and couldn't be happier with the car and with the buying experience with the dealership. I knew what I wanted and shopped several dealerships in town, and Lexus SM had the best available inventory. They had what I wanted and worked out a financial arrangement to my satisfaction. I have been bringing my auto for service to Lexus Santa Monica and specifically Angel Vasquez since the initial service. Angel is first a very nice person that provides professional and excellent service always going the extra mile to take care of his client. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and friendliness of the other staff who assist me.

I was quite impressed with Douglas Elliot during my recent Lexus service. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He responded to my concerns with great care and consideration. Angel Vasquez is an outstanding service representative. He greeted me and acknowledged me immediately. He is so friendly and it is nice to see him first thing in the morning. I pointed out the two problems that I was experiencing and he told me that both problems will be corrected in 30 minutes. It was done in 15 minutes. He explained to me what happened and showed me what to do the next time if it occurs in the future. What a great teacher!!! So patient and understanding. I was very pleased with my recent visit to Lexus Santa Monica. I needed new tires on my 2009 LS 460 and there was a problem with the brakes. Angel Vasquez, Service Advisor was very helpful and is very fair. He is very knowledgeable of his products and has excellent customer relations skills. He helped me with pricing and went above and beyond his job to help me with tire selection. I recommend you contact Angel if you visit Lexus of Santa Monica. He is a pro and a credit to the Lexus organization.
