George Morales was most helpful Lexus Service Advisor. My car was ready before it was promised.
I just put my Lexus in for a service. There was also a problem with the lift gate. Alex Anaya was the point person at Lexus Santa Monica. He was excellent. The service was completed when he said and the lift gate issue was fixed before he said it would be done. I couldn't ask for any better service.
Victor was very helpful and went out of his way for me. I was pleased with the service I received. He even caught a mistake by another employee promptly addressed it . He truly made me feel my concerns were heard. I can't say enough about how well I was treated. I prefer this location to the other Lexus locations
