Dealer sold the car as advertised without additional markup
After an hour and half travel to the dealership I only found out the car I been looking for was sold. Per Jimmy the car is still available txt the person and telling a big lie. End up the car was sold. Wasting my hour and half travel.
Paul responded to my inquiry. He was professional and delivered... no games, no gimmicks and honored my offer even though another buyer wanted it and tried to bully his way through management. Needless to say, bought the car and absolutely recommend Lexus of Santa Monica but make sure to ask for Paul.

Found car somewhere else but I was contacted several times.
This place is terrible, we drove 5 1/2 hours to purchase a car, talk to the salesman twice on the way letting him know the time frame we would be there, we got there & the salesman informed us that the car sold 5 minutes before we got there! Would never do business with this company.
