I purchased my 2012 Lexus ES350 brand new from Lexus of Santa Monica right off the showroom floor. I have been having it serviced there all these years even though I moved over 70 miles away back in 2014 because everyone there treats me like a valued customer and like they really care. I wish more companies and there employees made me feel like that. I love my Lexus and I love Lexus of Santa Monica!

I had a "mixed bag" experience. Buddy Dudnick was very nice, and seemed to be a good communicator, but in retrospect I realize that he was doing lots of things that may not have been necessary. He looked through my service records and did not find any record of a major repair (replacement of a timing belt) that had taken place in 2014. So he recommended that it be done - and it cost almost one thousand dollars! Who would think taking your car to be serviced would be a desirable experience?! Going to Lexus Samo is always great. David Cuevas was my service person and he is friendly, efficient and gave me good advice regarding my car. The comfortable waiting room is a reason to not leave the facility and in under 2 hours my car was serviced and washed as I had some yummy coffee and read :-) Thanks very much as always!
This is my third Lexus from Lexus Santa Monica / Neal Greene, and I love my new UX! They make the process easy and seamless... I'm very loyal to the brand and to this particular Lexus agency... they simply take care of their clients..
