They advertised the car has no accident and it was all different paint shade around the car, the guy who helped me was rude and he didn’t care 2 cents about they are lying to customer. Bad bad bad! DO NOT use this dealership SCAMMERS
The dealer at Lexus Santa Monica was helpful. He returned my phone inquiry and was patient as I was evaluating my choices. He followed up with an additional phone call on the day that I asked him to do so. Because I found a better vehicle fit for me, I purchased a vehicle from another dealer. The Santa Monica dealer was very courteous when I turned down the vehicle at his dealership and left me feeling like I would want to do future business with him.

I expected a higher standard from a large Lexus dealership like Lexus Santa Monica. My initial experience purchasing a used Lexus GX460 from Lexus Santa Monica's pre-owned department was positive. The sales process itself was smooth and efficient. However, this positive impression quickly soured.
