I don't usually go to the dealership since my car is off warranty, nor do i do reviews, but I had a major problem with my power-steering and no one could fix it. We took our car in after experiencing battery problems and our rep, Richard Doherty, set our expectations in terms of cost and time for repairs and then thoroughly explained afterwards all tests that were run in order to determine that we needed a new battery. We were very satisfied with the service provided and the friendly, courteous care given to us. Thank you Richard.

I have a problem with your rating system as it only has five stars. That might be enough for some people, but Ron Holbrook deserves at least 150 stars for service above and beyond in any category you might choose. Professionalism, integrity, dedication, knowledge, experience, understanding, ability to really listen, and an abundance of charm. Can't believe it even now, but the whole car-buying experience was actually fun. And we ended up with the exact car we wanted at the best price. Maybe 200 stars.

I was in Lexus Santa Monica for schedule service, I was very sorry that My service representative left the SM. Lexus ,But I hooked up with new service adviser, that he show me all in SM. LEXUS are professional and caring . I am Glad to work with Mr. Richard Doherty another professional in Sm. Lexus. Now My car working like clock .

I had a very positive experience with Lexus of Santa Monica service department. My windshield wipers had been streaking for a while and I took my car in to be checked and once they did they were replaced with no issues. Everyone was courteous and helpful

My 6 month service appointment was handled by David Cuevas. I was apprehensive about missing a signature required delivery, and David said he could have the work done, including a car wash, in an hour and a half. He beat his estimate! Dealer staff from curb to check-out is efficient and the waiting room is very comfortable.
