I was again very pleased with the service, great attitude, thoroughness and pleasing personality of Adrianne Marmolejo when my 2008 RX400h needed service the week before last. She was knowledgable, pleasant, thorough and very helpful in her analysis, providing information, answering questions and assisting me throughout the service visit cycle (delivery and pick up). We bought our first Lexus in 2008 from Lexus Santa Monica. As any car owner knows, sales and service are two totally different animals. Lexus provides the first two major services free of charge, so we gave their Service department a try. The things I like about LSM Service: staff is always polite, they NEVER upsell us on services we do not need (they will however advise if something must be done for safety reasons), they provide free loaners which you can keep as long as they have your car for maintenance, a nice waiting ar... read more
