Not helpful in any way. Wanted to do business but they’re not willing to discuss pricing without me driving there and test driving the vehicle. Would not recommend and advise to not waste your time with them.
Excellent sales support staff.
Didn’t even have the car it was sent to auction but they verified the car was there the day I went to look at it. Once I arrived they didn’t have the car and kept trying to push their other cars,on me instead. Bait and switch tactics were used. I will never use this dealership again.
Primary salesperson was helpful and showed me the vehicle and answered questions. Everyone else was very indifferent. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle but a warning light on the car needed to be checked out. I was not kept in the loop and asked for updates a few times. Eventually I was ghosted and received a notification a few days later that the car sold.
I ended up buying the car from them but Michael the salesman was awesome but the manager Michael was trash.
Says they don’t do out of state transactions, but have reviews of people saying they purchased from them out of state. I guess they rather have the car sit there instead of making a sale.
Really great dealer with helpful, knowledgeable people.
They responded in a timely manner.
