friendly but slow service
Had a problem between the dealer and the financing people
Staff were courteous and helpful.
Initially dealer in email did not say they had the car anymore that was advertised way below blue book. They wanted us to come down, see in what I think was a bait and switch scheme. Upon further emails they admitted the car was not for sale anymore but they had many similar to it for us to see. No doubt way above blue book.
The salesman was friendly and helpful on the phone, but the car was priced higher than similar cars with better options, so I chose not to go there.
Paul Pourhashem at Lexus Santa Monica was professional, gave me an amazing deal & even though I was late, he held the car for me. I will definitely return in the future & recommend Paul & his associates. Thank you! Sharon
