Service department is five star. Pepipino is our service coordinator and he is tremendous. Needs a promotion!!😐 We had Diane Prendimano previously and when she left she made room for Pepipino. My Lexus hybrid did not start after a long layover.The exceptional service that was tendered by Pepino and Al, of your service department, was deeply appreciated. After my call, the road service representative (Al) was at my house within 30 minutes.He was very sympathetic and showed his expert knowledge in solving the problem.
