Peppino made my maintenance check up and emission/safety inspection as easy as can be. Once he determined the car would be tied up longer than he thought he got me a loaner for the weekend and off I went. Came back on Monday and drove off in my car in 15 minutes.
Peppino continues to #1. He the is the quintessential service manager.
I wish I could give Ray West and his team at Lexus 10 stars! Customer service has been beyond incredible. Ray and his team have literally bent over backwards for me and I can't thank them enough. Highly, highly recommended.
