Every time that i go to Lexus of Warwick it is a very positive experience. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. They do a great job with my car. I just had my state inspection and 50,000 mile checkup. They keep my car in tip-top shape. I could not ask for better service. My service representative, Ryan Gardiner, is great. He is helpful and always very professional. All in all, Lexus of Warwick is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced.
Got my car serviced with Ryan’s help! He was awesome. Explored trading in my RX350 but the appraisal came in just lower than I would need it to be. Overall I would go back again! Thanks Ryan!
Not friendly or reasonable when it comes to making deals very disappointed
I dropped my car off for maintenance and a new windshield and was given a beautiful Lexus SUV to use for the day. I picked my car up after work and everything was perfect including the much needed car wash. I wasn't surprised about the exceptional service because Ryan is always on top of things. Other dealerships should take lessons from these people. Five Stars!
Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. I am so excited about my new car! Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a car here… They gave me space and let me look around without feeling obligated to purchase. However, I did fall in love with a certified IS 250 and it is absolutely stunning. I will only ever buy my Lexus’s here!!
I give Lexus of Warwick 5 stars because from the beginning of purchasing my 2016 RX 350 F sport aka Scarlett, everyone has been been professional, helpful and pleasant. Should out to David our sales guy for continuously calling to check in even after 2 years to see how I am enjoying my car. I only come to Lexus of Warwick for a car wash to kill time whenever I'm around town. First time, no problem. The person I spoke to knew my car had to be hand washed because of my license plate location. Second time, today's date, I was told that I chose the wrong day to come in. One washer wasn't working and the other was "full" with other cars. Hopefully my next visit will be better.
The process of buying a car was a pleasurable experience. From beginning to end! My special thanks to Hal and Seth. I would recommend them to everyone.
