I went to the dealership today to get oil and an oil filter for my vehicle. The man at the parts desk was super helpful, gave me everything I needed and answered all my questions. The total had came out to $40 and change and I only had $32 in cash. I had lost my debit card a week ago so I’d told him I would just pay for the amount I had on me. He looked at me and said I’ll take care of that for you, don’t worry about it. This absolutely made my day. I wish I got his name but I wanted to say thank you again!!!!

Buying experience was fabulous, sales person Dave and sales They needed time to detail. When I returned to dealership to pickup I was expecting to see it in the lot but to me surprise it was in the dealership showroom with a huge red bow. This was a great touch. Highly recommended this dealership
Buying experience was second to none as you would expect from a Lexus dealership. Inquiry to purchase was done in less than hour and pick up the following day lasted about an hour. Our sales person Dave had a professional yet understated demeanor that made the buying process painless and enjoyable. Everything was good up until the point of taking ownership. I contacted James several times regarding issues I was having with Lexus. He did not respond to my issues. The only email I received from James was regarding the VIN verification. He completely avoided my issues. I then spoke with Alicia. Twice she told me someone would call me and still nothing! I will not recommend this dealership! Worst experience ever!

This is my first Lexus and when my car needed service, Ryan was able to go above and beyond my expectations! He truly treated me like I was his only client and I’ve never been so satisfied with taking my car in for service before. He provided me with the same model for a loaner car, kept me updated on the work being done on my car, and was very pleasant to deal with.
