Lexus of warwick is a horrible place. They dropped off a loaner vehicle with blood stains, covered in dog fur and some joke of person there left a half smoked Marijuana cigarette in the ashtray. Professionalism at its finest. They ended up sending another dirty car after that. I already missed half a day of work and at least there wasn't any drugs in the second one. Had an encounter with an employee who had road rage even though he was clearly in the wrong! Please teach your employees to read traffic signs!
Great staff, great service. Having owned a 2005 RX for the last 11 year, Inskip or Lexus of Warwick treated us always as loyal customers and took care of us as much as they could. We finally bought a new RX and the process was a great experience and I would recommend Lexus of Warwick to anyone. Steve the GM is great as is Corey the Asst GM, Erich who was our sales man. Jay and Peppinno of the Service area are great and will help you out at as much as they can.
Love our new red Lexus! We had a great experience with our salesman, Craig. He is knowledgable, professional and personable. We were also very pleased with Jennifer who patiently familiarized us with the many features of our new car. I highly recommend Lexus of Warwick!
Buying the car was actually a great experience. Dealing with the service department technicians starting with my first oil change 10 years ago was where the problems came up. Over the these past 10 years almost every time I have gone to the service department I have had a problem with them either damaging my car, arguing with me over something or flat out lying to my face. If you do have to use the service department you should request Diane. I don't think I will ever buy another Lexus from here only because of how careless ... read more
