I had a great experience at Lexus of Warwick. The salesperson I worked with, Kyle, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly took the time to answer all of my questions. I received superior service throughout and I would absolutely shop there again.
I was in transit from Phila. to Boston when I thought there was an electrical problem with my newly purchased ES 300 H. I contacted emergency services and they directed me to Lexus or Warwick for an emergency checkup. When I arrived, I was promptly seen and the car was checked for an hour to make sure everything was OK. I was very satisfied with the quickness of my emergency visit once I arrived was able to get back on the road quickly during a recent snow storm.
Came in unscheduled for a minor service issue. Completed and no charge. Plus always contacted after service to determine if it was exemplary
Brought my GS in for the 15,000 mile service on Saturday after booking the appointment online. I was helped by Geoff Sigman and as usual received prompt exceptional service. I am always amazed at the cleanliness of the garage, the friendliness of all that work there and the top notch customer service that is always provided. Many thanks to everyone in the service department at Lexus of Warwick!

Mike Palumbo helped us and was great from when we walked in to when we drove out! Thank you to Mike and all at Lexus. Mike was great to work with, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Dealing with Mr. Phillips made the process painless. The warranty attached to Lexus certified vehicles is fabulous and probably unprecedented in the industry! There were, however, some areas of the finish that I feel should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold.
