purchasing a vehicle there was great but wait until they owe you money. I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund and keep getting the runaround. Apparently if it's not for making a sale they don't give you the time of day. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Lexus of Warwick has nothing but kind hospitality and service! 90 min wait and they gave my daughter a teddy bear. Truly an amazing dealership and wouldn’t want to have got our car anywhere else !
