Recently, we had a battery issue, and they took me in right away. they not only replace the battery, but performed the 130 K mile service that I had an appointment for later in the week. Excellent!!!

I do not take my Lexus's anywhere else for service, I own a SC430 and it has only 22,380 miles and is sort of my baby, it is just a fun car, they took excellent care of it and suggested that I do not get a car wash as it has an antenna and since it is an auto wash might not be a good idea, smart suggestion. My ES300h loves it there also they are always on target, very professional, helpful, supportive and they always go the extra mile for all of their customers.
I just bought my 3rd Lexus from Lexus of Pleasanton. They still have the very BEST customer service . I'm so glad to have a reason to drive back to Pleasanton for service on my new car!
Jason did a great job of getting the correct service for my car given how little milage I put on it. However, my 90 minute service turned into 3 hours from start to finish.
Jeanette Pettit is by far the best service consultant a person could have. Her knowledge and Patience is a 10.
