I received an excellent customer service /sales experience with this dealership. It was also the strangest sales experience. I never actually met my salesman, Ed Ibrahimi, because I live about 500 miles away from Pleasanton in San Diego. I never actually saw my car either, but had seen pictures and did a test drive of a similar model here in SD. Ed made the deal come together with relative ease and great professionalism. I’m very impressed with the whole operation.
