We recently made an appointment to test drive some used RX’s and also check out a used is250 that we saw come up on your website a few nights before our appointment. Jeff L was very attentive, super friendly, energetic and made it a fun and enjoyable experience. In the past we purchased our other car from Mark so we were bummed when we heard he retired but Jeff was just as wonderful and helpful. The service department was friendly and helpful. It did not take as long for the service as they thought. It was easy to sit in the waiting area away from other people.

When I came in to trade my car. Lexus was fair and gave me a great deal on my new 2021 LC 500. Thanks to Leo and JV two of the best. I told them I only wanted to be their for about two hours. And they did everything in there power to make that happen. It was a little longer but the deal was made. Everybody was very accommodating and courteous. Excellent customer service
