Lexus of Pleasanton staff if fair, friendly and professional. Both Austin and Zabi were on top of my request for a 2020 RX450H. when the specific vehicle arrived at the dealership, they contacted me to view the vehicle. I had not originally plan to finalize a purchase that day but the process And price was so easy I not only purchased the new car but they settled my lease return and got my new car ready all in less than a couple hours.... thanks again!

**Mechanic Negligence/Potential Sabotage* As a Veteran diagnosed with PTSD, my 2018 and most recent visit at Lexus of Pleasanton was not very pleasant and honestly the recent malfunctioning of my car ironically right after having it fixed, has been giving me bad flashbacks of what could’ve been a freak accident that would have risked my life 2 years ago. Mixed experience. Took more than two hours to just get the oil changed. I was asked to wait in the lounge because it was only going to take less than 90 minutes. After 2 hours, service manager informed me that the oil change has been completed and the vehicle is now being washed. 45 minutes later I was informed that vehicle is ready. When I walked up to vehicle, it had not been washed. Took another 30 minutes. 90 minutes job became more than 3 hours job. Walked away pretty disappointed.

Customer service here is disappointing. I think an email from the Retail Operations Manager - John Cabral was meant to be sent internally, but was accidentally sent to me. But the email has no respect toward their customers. Lexus tried to justify a 85k car leasing at 1400 a month with 5k down as a good deal. Anyone who has done leases knows this isn't great. You could get competing competitor cars such as a M5 or E63 at this price with BMW and Mercedes (these cars retail in the 115-130k zone). This isn't even about me " may... read more
