Great job, as always, on service. Met by courteous service person and led to service representative. Check in was quick and comprehensive. I was notified by text when vehicle was ready and pick up was easy and convenient.
Received call that car was ready. Responded I’d be there to pick up the within 30 minutes. After giving back the courtesy car key, was told by my service tech to wait in the lounge. After waiting more than 30 minutes, returned to the service area. My tech was not in the the service area. I asked a young assistant if could get my car. After 5-10 minutes, the assistant returned and said the car is being washed, I asked the assistant to get my as I needed to get my wife to a doctors appointment.
