BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS!!! Being a loyal Lexus client for over 10 years, I decided to circle back to the brand buying my 4th Lexus, this time an LS460 at Lexus of Tampa. RecommendedEsther Ortiz my salesgirl. This is the 4th car we have bought from her. She is warm, intelligent and is always there to help answer questions after thx deal is made. She does her best to make the entire process smooth. It did take an unusual amount of time though to get the “techy” part of our closing accomplished.
